Tangier Half day guided city tour with Free camel Ride

Tourists riding camels along the shoreline of a busy Moroccan beach with sun umbrellas behind

Overview

Half a day covering the best of Tangier, a city shaped by Berber, Andalusian, Portuguese and European hands in turn. The route runs from the lighthouse at Cap Spartel and the sea caves below it, along Achakkar Beach where guests ride a camel on the sand, then up into the Kasbah and the medina's narrow lime-washed streets. The old Sultan's palace, now a museum of Moroccan arts, and a mint tea stop at a viewpoint complete the afternoon.

Highlights

  • Free camel ride on the sand at Achakkar Beach
  • Cap Spartel, where the Atlantic and Mediterranean meet
  • The Sultan's palace inside the Kasbah, now a museum of Moroccan arts
  • Quiet viewpoints chosen for photographs, away from the crowds
  • Mint tea break at a scenic stop
  • Modern vehicle with A/C, WiFi and phone chargers
