This day gathers up three very different sides of Casablanca and runs them together. Guests walk straight past the queue into the Hassan II Mosque, then follow a local guide through the Central Market and the café-lined streets of Mers Sultan, tasting as they go. The afternoon ends on the sand at Sidi Rahal, where quad bikes take over for a ride across forest tracks and dunes with the Atlantic turning gold.
Morocco's largest mosque stands half over the Atlantic, its minaret the tallest of any in the world. Guests go in without queueing to see the cedar ceilings, the titanium doors and the glass floor above the sea.
